Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping operations at our Tulsa facility. You will prepare shipping reports, look up freight costs, and perform heavy data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at the site in a physically demanding environment, including occasional dock work. Prior shipping/warehouse experience is a plus, with forklift/manlift/tractor certifications

Qualifications

• Prior experience in shipping or warehouse is preferred but not required.
• Forklift/Manlift/Tractor certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate shipping reports for Accounting on a daily basis.
• Look up freight costs on e-shipping for each order.
• Heavy data entry required on daily basis.
• Ensure accuracy of data and paperwork.
• Communicate professionally by telephone and e-mail with internal and external customers.
• Perform duties at the facility; may include dock work.
• Demonstrate analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Sort and file documents accurately.
• Establish and follow processes to ensure timely completion of shipping paperwork.
