Job summary

Eagle County Government is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to anchor the Facilities & Project Management team. You will streamline workflows, optimize dispatch and work order systems, manage accounts payable/revenue, assist with budgets, and coordinate department projects and events.

The role offers Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a focus on public service, facility operations, and community engagement across county buildings and facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in budget control or accounting (public works, construction, architecture, or property management).
• Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with software troubleshooting and spreadsheets/databases (Google Suite preferred).
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Optimize dispatch workflows and manage work order software systems.
• Support A/P and revenue cycles; assist with budget projections.
• Plan and organize department projects, CORA requests, and contract support.
• Provide customer service for room rentals, badge access, and inquiries.
