Job summary

North East Kingdom Community Action (NEKCA) seeks a Facilities and Project Manager to ensure all facilities operate safely and efficiently. This role leads the Facilities Department, plans for maintenance, and supports the Senior Management Team on large-scale projects and grants.

You will manage leases, supervise staff, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards while helping NEKCA grow sustainable facilities to serve the community.

Qualifications

• BA preferred or required in a related field
• 2 years relevant experience required
• 3+ years preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term maintenance and repair schedules for all NEKCA facilities.
• Oversee high-level project and grant management related to facilities.
• Supervise and prioritize work for the Facilities team.
• Coordinate major renovations and vendor contracts.
• Manage building leases and safety compliance.
