New York University’s College of Dentistry seeks a Manager of Facilities Project to drive execution of complex renovations, lab expansions, and clinical space upgrades. You will liaise with the Office of Construction Management to plan design and construction, develop scopes, and manage procurement and furniture requests.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of facilities project management experience, with strong knowledge of codes, contracts, and sustainability practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of facility project management or related experience.
• Knowledge of design and construction management, contracts, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Ability to analyze space utilization and oversee design/construction documents and submittals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple facilities projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with NYU OCM and internal stakeholders to plan scope, RFPs, punch lists and furniture requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Interface with faculty, facilities managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve field issues.
