Job summary

Proficiency with AutoCAD 2026 and MS Office; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple capital projects from planning to closeout.
Assist with budgeting, cost estimating, scheduling, and construction administration.
Coordinate project meetings with University administration, consultants, contractors, and user groups.
Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, payment applications, and closeout documentation.
Coordinate third-party testing and inspections required by NYS and local codes.
Prepare punch lists and monitor corrective work through project completion.
Coordinate furniture procurement, delivery, and installation for renovations.
Maintain and update campus drawings, maps, and project records.
Interface with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout all phases.
