Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee facilities contracts to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Prepare documentation for in-house and contractor work, including photos and estimates.
• Perform unscheduled or emergency repairs to facilities.
• Execute work orders for construction, maintenance and renovations.
• Obtain permits and issue work orders under building permit procedures.
• Inspect and document existing facility conditions and plan preventive maintenance.
