Lockheed Martin is seeking a program coordination-minded professional to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects in Orlando, Florida. The role acts as a liaison among project management, planning, and line management, while reviewing project status and budgets and preparing status reports.

The candidate will develop monitoring mechanisms for progress, enabling timely interventions with project managers, line managers, and clients to meet productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally with employees at various organizational levels.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects, liaising between project management, planning, and line management.
