Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Real Estate Projects Lead to manage relocation, expansion, and renovation portfolios across the East and Central United States, owning the capital projects portfolio from concept through close-out.

The role involves coordinating internal product teams with external partners to deliver spaces on time and within budget while maintaining governance standards and AI-enabled project controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate real estate and retail project management experience.
• Proven financial owner for capital budgets $500k–$100M+.
• Experience with external delivery partners (CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield).
• Travel up to 50% to East/Central US as needed.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in education item.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tenant improvements for two asset classes: corporate workplace and high finish retail.
• Plan schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation for construction projects.
• Direct third-party PM firms, GC consultants, and design firms with KPIs and milestones.
• Drive design, permitting, and construction through closeout.
• Manage regional portfolio and report portfolio health at program level.
