Job summary

SERVCON is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage nationwide commercial facility maintenance projects from ticket intake through contractor coordination, client communication, and invoicing. This desk-based role emphasizes owning a high volume of projects, clear communication, and driving work to completion.

You will coordinate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service broadly, enforce vendor compliance, protect margin, and deliver precise documentation while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating work orders, facility maintenance, or multi-site service projects.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work and coordinating contractors.
• Ability to manage timelines, updates, documentation, and escalation.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of commercial facility projects from ticket intake to delivery.
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain proactive communication with contractors, KAMs, and clients.
• Source and vet service contractors for compliance with insurance, licensing, and documentation.
• Ensure safety, documentation, and margin protection throughout the project lifecycle.
