Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee the execution of performance expectations, safety, and technical requirements for facility operations and maintenance at government and commercial sites.

The role covers planning, directing, and coordinating maintenance, custodial and support services, with emphasis on quality, communication, and customer service. Strong leadership and contract oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is desired; work experience may outweigh education.
• Minimum of ten years in operations and maintenance/facilities management in a government or large facility.
• At least five years in contract management and supervision of building mechanical operations for buildings of 300,000 sq ft or greater.
• Strong understanding of building MEP, fire protection and life safety, BAS, HVAC/R, and Electrical.
• Experience in Service Request Desk operations and data tracking systems (e.g., NCMMS).
• Proven leadership and team management; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in managing contracts, budgets, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety compliance of all work performed at the facility by staff, vendors/contractors.
• Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding per government requirements.
• Maintain a positive culture and create a culture of quality, safety and teamwork.
• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance for all critical assets and equipment.
• Execute corrective, unplanned and emergency maintenance per remediation/repairs.
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with daily work.
• Serve as primary point of contact to government and corporate management.
• Manage inventory levels and CMMS records for assets.
