HauglandGroup, a privately-owned civil infrastructure and energy construction company based in Long Island, NY, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our Project Management team. This position will be based in our U.S. Virgin Islands territory (St. Thomas and St. Croix).

The role focuses on construction project support including submittal processing, material management, and budget analysis, with a strong emphasis on OH/UGT&D systems and utility infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction management experience, preferably in utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing OH/UGT&D projects and overseeing budgets and schedules.
• ERP management experience and process improvements are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Management on engineering plans and value engineering opportunities.
• Facilitate change orders, prepare monthly budget analyses and cost projections.
• Manage CPM baseline and updates.
• Handle RFIs and engineering inquiries.
• Ensure materials are approved, delivered and tracked.
• Coordinate with Finance to prepare and evaluate monthly costs.
• Update ERP with current project information across relevant programs.
