Job summary

Haugland Group in St. Croix, VI and St. Thomas VI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support construction projects from our VI locations. You will manage submittal processing, material management, and budget analysis as part of the Project Management team.

The role requires self-motivation, high organization, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and finance to drive value improvements and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction management
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Civil Engineering preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and cost control
• Strong initiative, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze budgets and material management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Management to review plans and suggest value engineering opportunities
• Facilitate change orders, prepare monthly budget analyses, and cost projections to completion
• Manage CPM baseline and updates
• Handle RFIs and engineering inquiries
• Ensure materials are approved, delivered, and tracked
• Work with finance to review monthly costs
• Maintain ERP data with current project information
