PROJECT MANAGER - (REMOTE FIRST OPPORTUNITY)

Our healthcare strategy and marketing firm offers an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager. We seek a collaborative, organized, proactive individual dedicated to seamless project execution.

This role involves leading campaign management, ensuring efficiency and timeliness, and optimizing processes for operational excellence. The manager will oversee logistics and timelines, supporting internal and client stakeholders with a solid understanding of each account's needs.

THE POSITION

1. Manage internal account functions to deliver projects on time, within budget, and surpass client expectations.
2. Develop and maintain internal and client-facing SOWs and budget-tracking documents.
3. Create initial project timelines, ensure on-time deliverables, and assess risk, resource, and schedule management in partnership with the Workflow and Production Manager.
4. Participate in team and client meetings; develop and maintain client status reports with Strategic Planning.
5. Coordinate with departments (Art, Copy, Strategy, Digital) to address project questions.
6. Lead client PRC processes, including submissions and meetings.
7. Maintain organized project folders for relevant documents.
8. Participate in key client meetings and organize next steps like timeline development and project scoping.
9. Manage live client events and provide on-site support as needed.
10. Collaborate with Accounting on budget management and accruals.
11. Communicate issues promptly to team members.
12. Monitor and report on project hours and budgets.
13. Keep supervisors informed of significant matters.
14. Adhere to DDMAC guidelines and PhARMA codes, developing appropriate tactics.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is primarily remote, with periodic office visits as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, and EDUCATION

1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 2 years of project management experience. Experience in marketing, communication, advertising, or pharma is a plus.
3. Operations or traffic experience is beneficial.
4. Experience with digital and interactive project management is preferred.
5. Understanding of the creative process and project management methodologies.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
7. Attention to detail in deliverables, formatting, and grammar.
8. Experience with project management software is advantageous.
9. Strong facilitation and multitasking skills, with critical and creative thinking abilities.
