Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hertford, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Management Specialist to plan, coordinate, and drive construction projects from start to finish. You will lead CMMS and EAM implementation and develop integrated project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage scope and changes, and ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
• 1+ years of experience communicating with customers, peers, and leadership.
• 1+ years of experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and manages day-to-day installation and maintenance activities.
• Leads CMMS and EAM tool implementation for maintenance scheduling.
• Develops integrated baseline project management plans and charters.
• Develops project plans based on PMBOK principles.
• Manages change control processes and baselines.
• Defines project scope with team and ensures contract alignment.
• Assesses suppliers, reviews proposals, and interfaces with government bodies.
• Translates customer requirements into design options and estimates.
• Manages expenditures within approved budgets and ensures compliance.
• Monitors regulations and provides permit support as required.
• Tracks milestones, resources, risks, and communications to stakeholders.
• Generates cost estimates and identifies resources for activities.
