Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead scope development, engineering review, budgeting and construction project management from creation to completion. You will collaborate with engineers, SHE, and contractor teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to the approved scope.

Responsibilities include managing design, permits, build-out, procurement, and contracts while coordinating with municipalities and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of direct professional project management, construction management, and/or facilities capital project management experience.
• 2-4 years direct experience in Facilities Management operations and/or maintenance.
• Fluency in reading and evaluating construction plans (architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural).
• Understanding of building codes and ability to plan and lead multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop and lead projects from technical, operational and business perspectives.
• Manage the entire project execution process through design, permitting, build-out and close-out.
• Collaborate with engineers, SHE staff, facilities management, contractors and others to determine scope, procure materials and schedule trades.
• Prepare CapEx documents for internal approval and manage vendor contracts and procurement.
