• Gather information to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, service delivery and asset utilization.
• Analyze group and site strategies to develop proposals and plans.
• Evaluate site capabilities and manufacturing processes to inform asset use strategies.
• Interact with senior management to assess impact on the business operating plan.
• Prepare business case analyses and short-range facilities plans.
