Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee the design, buildout, and operation of a new production facility. You will manage maintenance, safety, and facilities operations to support manufacturing goals.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in facilities or manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, plus MS Office and asset management software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management or related field.
• 5–8+ years of facilities or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead facilities teams and mentor staff for high performance.
• Manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
• Plan and execute capital improvement projects to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and collaborate with EHS.
