Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and staff coordination.
• Interface with government program managers, contracting officials, inspectors, and users.
• Manage safety compliance across all work performed at the facility by staff and contractors.
• Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding per government requirements.
• Plan preventative maintenance for critical assets and ensure compliance with contract metrics.
• Provide timely reporting and act on feedback to improve performance.
