Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management or similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of technical activities for Building Systems upgrades and project delivery.
• Manage project budget and issue change orders as needed.
• Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Excel or cloud tools.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and milestones.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and conformance.
