Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering/architecture field.
• Two years of relevant professional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction project management.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass an NCIC background check and fingerprint-based security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of MM and CIP projects from concept through construction closeout.
• Coordinate scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Review submittals, changes, and invoices for contract compliance and quality.
• Prepare reports and facilitate design reviews, progress meetings, and leadership updates.
