Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist in all phases of project management for ambulatory facilities. You will coordinate budgets, purchase orders, and vendor setup, while supporting leadership and stakeholders across projects.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of related education or apprenticeship, and strong MS Office skills. Notary may be advantageous, with on-site duties in Fort Myers, FL.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years formal education or equivalent apprentice training preferred.
Notary not required but noted in the posting.

Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of construction project management from inception to completion.
Provide project coordination for Strategic Growth and other capital projects, including purchase orders and budget tracking.
Handle vendor setup, invoice and pay applications, project documentation, and closeout activities.
Maintain accurate project information and support department leadership, project management staff, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate sites for operational readiness.
