Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager (Facilities) for an on-site role in Kinston, North Carolina. You will lead facility projects from initiation through planning, design and construction, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines and compliance across manufacturing, warehouse, and office spaces.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in corporate real estate or facilities project management, strong budgeting, and familiarity with OSHA/ISO/NFPA/ADA standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of project management in corporate real estate or facilities, ideally in complex or production environments.
• Technical proficiency in OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI, and ADA standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with proponent groups and building committees for facility planning, budgeting and scheduling; manage RFPs for architectural and CM services.
• Prepare and manage capital expenditure budgets, track variances and monitor construction phases to limit disruptions.
• Provide counsel to workplace leadership and related functions (finance, HR, security, health and safety) and report on project status.
