Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 1-2 years related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Meet with program staff to understand project requests.
• Maintain relationships with staff, vendors, and facilities staff.
• Solicit and evaluate bids; manage project scheduling and costs.
• Attend pre-construction meetings; oversee contractors and keep stakeholders updated.
• Supervise facilities technicians and day porters; schedule staff.
