Job summary

The Planning, Design, and Construction team at the University of Central Florida is seeking a Facilities Project Manager I to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction and renovation projects across the campus in Orlando.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and campus stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with university standards and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage planning, design, construction, and closeout phases of assigned projects.
• Assist Portfolio Managers and Senior Project Managers with project execution, documentation, and contract administration.
• Manage project information and documentation within eBuilder, including document control and contractor/vendor support.
