Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and construction projects valued up to $10 million.
• Coordinate with customers to develop project scope and design.
• Hire architects when necessary and manage work through in-house or contracted teams.
• Develop capital project scopes and budgets.
• Administer project budgets and cash flow analyses.
• Maintain project documentation and schedules; provide status reports.
