Mayo Clinic is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee engineering and architectural aspects of multiple construction projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and scope while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to meet objectives.

The role requires a four-year degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong negotiation and contract administration skills. PMP and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of post-degree experience in design/construction management.
• Ability to administer contracts and construction documents.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Project management skills and initiative; PMP preferred.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional engineering and architectural oversight for Mayo Clinic projects.
• Lead project budgets, schedules and scope within approved parameters.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants and vendors.
• Negotiate contracting options and advise senior leaders on progress.
• Ensure user needs are addressed during design and construction phases.
