Mercy is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction projects at a hospital campus or clinic location. The role focuses on delivering projects on schedule, within scope, and with high quality, in a healthcare setting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field, and at least five years of progressive construction management experience, preferably in healthcare, with preferred certifications such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Five years of progressive experience managing construction projects in commercial, education or healthcare industries.
• Experience: Prefer experience in the healthcare industry.
• Certification/Registration: Prefer CHFM, CHC, AHSE, LEED AP, AIA, PMP or ability to obtain as appropriate.

• Provide leadership, direction, and management control for planning design and construction projects at assigned hospital campus or clinic locations.
