Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Engineering - Project Manager to support manufacturing operations and strategic growth initiatives. You will lead capital investment projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and external contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a focus on regulated manufacturing environments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical/Engineering Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of applicable experience or Master's degree with 3 years
• Experience managing manufacturing equipment and facility improvement projects
• Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software such as MS Office and SolidWorks/PDM
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Lead capital investment projects supporting manufacturing operations from concept through commissioning
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery
• Develop project plans, cost estimates, and execution strategies for facility and equipment improvements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO and safety standards throughout project lifecycle
