Premier Global Links LLC in Ayer, MA is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations in a manufacturing setting, ensuring safe and efficient production.

This hands-on leadership role will oversee CAPEX planning, CMMS, preventive maintenance, and reliability programs, while working with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering, maintenance, or facilities teams.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects, preventive maintenance, CMMS, and equipment reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Manage CAPEX projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, CMMS, work orders, spare parts, and equipment reliability.
• Develop engineering solutions to improve production efficiency, equipment performance, quality, and workplace safety.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams on equipment installations and facility projects.
• Manage department budgets, contractors, service providers, and third-party vendors.
• Lead equipment startups, commissioning, qualifications, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the facility.
• Hire, coach, develop, and evaluate engineering and maintenance team members.
• Support compliance with GMP, food safety, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide occasional on-call support and maintain operational continuity as needed.

About the Opportunity

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations for a manufacturing environment in Ayer, Massachusetts.

This hands-on leadership position will oversee plant engineering and maintenance programs, capital projects, equipment reliability, and facility improvements while supporting safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and provide occasional on-call support.

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000–$160,000 annual salary
