Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering and maintenance teams, providing guidance and support
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Plan and execute capital and expense projects within budget and timeline
• Collaborate on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility changes
• Track maintenance KPIs and implement improvements to optimize plant performance
• Source and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate maintenance and engineering records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years in engineering/maintenance in a manufacturing environment, with 1+ year of management experience
• Experience with preventive maintenance, capital projects, and budget management
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with plant equipment, utilities, and continuous improvement tools
