Our client, a leader in facilities management and infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting large-scale mechanical and infrastructure upgrades. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Pay Range: $60 to $65 per hour
What's the Job?
- Provide comprehensive project management support throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction coordination, execution, and project closeout.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with site requirements.
- Review and manage project-related documentation, including SOPs, engineering drawings, specifications, and training materials.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering Specialists, and Engineering Document Control to facilitate timely project execution and document control.
- Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance to support project logistics, scheduling, and site readiness, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing facility operations.
What's Needed?
- Experience overseeing mechanical and infrastructure upgrades on site, with a background in civil or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Significant mechanical equipment experience, ideally with 3-5 years of supervisory experience or 5+ years of facilities mechanical experience.
- Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience managing large CapEx projects and onboarding contractors.
- Ability to review technical documentation and coordinate complex project activities effectively.
