Job summary

Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support large-scale mechanical and infrastructure upgrades within Facilities Operations. You will manage the full project lifecycle, collaborate with Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, and ensure safety, schedule, and scope compliance on site.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of supervisory experience or 5+ years in facilities mechanical roles, with strong communication and onboarding contractor

• Background in civil or mechanical engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience or 5+ years facilities mechanical experience.
• Strong client-facing skills and communication abilities.
• Experience managing large CapEx projects and onboarding contractors.
• Ability to review technical documentation and coordinate complex project activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management support throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction coordination, execution, and project closeout.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with site requirements.
• Review and manage project-related documentation, including SOPs, engineering drawings, specifications, and training materials.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering Specialists, and Engineering Document Control to facilitate timely project execution and document control.
• Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance to support project logistics, scheduling, and site readiness, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing facility operations.

Pay Range: $60 to $65 per hour
