Responsibilities

• Contract administration and oversight of facilities contractors to meet specs and codes.
• Prepare paperwork, photos, scopes of work, and estimates; process payments.
• Perform unscheduled or emergency repairs to facilities structures and equipment.
• Complete work orders for construction, maintenance, and renovations.
• Obtain permits and issue work orders; document conditions and maintain files.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and budget-related recommendations.
