Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Projects/Electrical Shop Facilities Manager to oversee repairs and improvements for an elite resort. You will manage diverse programs, coordinate construction phases, and ensure safety and code compliance across major systems, while guiding internal and external teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, 5 years of experience in construction/electrical work, and strong leadership with budget responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • Five years experience in construction and/or electrical work, preferably in a large-scale resort/casino.
  • Prior management experience and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects including permits, inspections, materials, FF&E, manpower, timelines, and punch lists.
  • Manage and coordinate Members: set schedules and monitor productivity.
  • Ensure safety training and compliance with electrical codes.
  • Review bids and project requirements; bid accurately and understand labor/material costs.
  • Lead and supervise engineers, plumbers, and welders; manage cross-department collaboration.
