Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Projects/Electrical Shop Facilities Manager to oversee repairs and improvements across the resort, ensuring a seamless experience for Members and guests.

You will manage all facility programs, coordinate construction projects, supervise in-house and outsourced staff, enforce safety and electrical codes, and develop preventive maintenance plans to keep facilities at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Five years experience in construction and/or electrical, preferably for a large-scale resort/casino
• Prior management experience
• Project Management experience preferred
• Familiar with NEC series and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and budgeting capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Good computer skills (Word/Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Members — schedule work, monitor productivity, and provide support
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including permits, inspections, material, FF&E, manpower, timelines, and punch lists
• Oversee electrical troubleshooting and ensure safety training is conducted weekly
• Interact with development teams, contractors, facilities, and operational departments
• Establish repair and preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance
• Review bids and project requirements and bid costs accurately
• Lead, mentor, and supervise in-house and outsourced personnel to ensure code compliance
