Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert in Secure Space Operations to lead the planning, design, construction, and accreditation of SCIFs, SAPFs, and DoD spaces. You will manage complex projects, coordinate with government sponsors and Booz Allen stakeholders, and drive standardization of security artifacts. A Top Secret clearance and extensive experience are required. Travel up to CONUS sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in secure facilities construction and industrial security.
• Experience with ICD 705, TEMPEST fundamentals, and DoD collateral spaces.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through design, build, test, and accreditation.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of secure spaces projects.
• Develop and standardize artifacts and processes for secure spaces.
• Coordinate with Booz Allen leadership, government sponsors, and program managers to align requirements.
• Oversee performance and training of security personnel across projects.
• Support fielding, testing, and accreditation activities across facilities.
