ESFM is seeking a Facilities Project Manager for Mahwah, NJ to lead capital and operational projects impacting site infrastructure, utilities, and building systems. The role requires delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget across an active manufacturing or similarly regulated environment.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, vendors, and authorities from concept to closeout, ensuring successful turnover and documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or a related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience delivering facilities, infrastructure, or equipment-installation projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, contractors, and stakeholder communication.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, utility, dust extraction, and building infrastructure systems preferred.
• Experience planning construction activities, shutdowns, and turnover in a regulated environment preferred.
• Proficiency with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tools; MS Project experience preferred.
