Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in New Jersey is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and compliance of its facilities. The role includes managing physical assets, utilities, and environmental safety programs. Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years in a manufacturing environment, and hands-on skills in HVAC and plumbing. This position comes with a competitive salary range between $110,000 and $125,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.
• Experience operating elevators and forklifts.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all physical assets and capital equipment of the building.
• Supervise maintenance of facility grounds.
• Develop and maintain inspection calendars.

Skills

Hands-on experience with HVAC

Practical skills in welding

Strong communication skills

Education
