Job summary

Aleto, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Mid-Level Facilities Project Manager to support a government client site. This onsite role covers space planning, furniture installation, move management, and documentation across the asset lifecycle.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, DOT experts, GSA and contractors, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety, and accessibility compliance while delivering high-quality space solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of facilities project management.
• Experience with GSA facilities coordination and eRETA is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and close interior projects for client’s brand and assets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and GSA stakeholders.
• Update as-built drawings and maintain space documentation.
