Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Project Supervisor for our Pearl River, NY client site to lead facilities projects and daily operations. The role emphasizes operations management, coordination with Pfizer, and delivering best-in-class service and safety standards.

The position requires a degree or equivalent experience, 5 years of relevant maintenance experience, and ability to obtain security clearance. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Facility/Management, Maintenance Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 5 years of progressive career experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, biomedical, or R&D facility maintenance.
• Ability to pass medical evaluation for respirator use and fit test for respirators.
• Ability to obtain a security access badge at the client site.
• Ability to read and understand information on documents/computer screens; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid driver’s license issued by the DMV.
• United States citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily support activities for facilities projects and repairs.
• Develop scope, cost, and schedule for repair, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance.
• Coordinate resources, vendors, and service providers.
• Plan and manage small projects and improve workforce productivity.
• Maintain communication with management and client on issues and resolutions.
• Provide safety leadership and ensure compliance with safety programs.
