JLL is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in Cincinnati, OH to oversee small- to mid-scale capital and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate scopes, budgets, and schedules, and work with contractors, property teams, and engineers to deliver projects on time and within safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field or equivalent experience, 2-5 years of PM/Facilities experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in Facility/Project/Construction management or related field.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and contract/vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of facility operating systems and infra projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple facility and infrastructure projects through planning, approval, construction, turnover, and closeout phases.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across contractors, vendors, property management, engineering, client real estate, security, and technology.
• Develop project scopes, review proposals, negotiate contracts, manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Track schedules, cash flow forecasts, and capital expenditures to meet commitments.
• Ensure safety standards, regulations, and company policies are followed.
• Provide routine project updates using JLL platforms and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Collaborate with regional teams and clients to support operational excellence and risk management.
