Qualifications

• Experience preparing project scopes, sketches, markups, and cost estimates.
• Experience reading architectural/engineering drawings and specs.
• Experience with RSMeans, Excel, and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facilities teams, contractors, architects, and engineers to gather scope and schedule data.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for facilities projects.
• Analyze contractor quotes and complete cost breakdowns for bids.
• Perform site visits to verify conditions and document findings.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and turnover meetings for projects.
