Job summary

RTX is seeking a Project and Construction Estimator (Manager, Facilities) in Tucson, AZ. This role supports Enterprise Real Estate Services Construction Delivery, coordinating with project managers and leadership to deliver accurate estimates for infrastructure projects.

Minimum 8+ years in estimation or PM, with a civil/engineering or related degree. Role is onsite in Tucson with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on cost control and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in construction estimation or construction PM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related discipline or related work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide ROM, high-level and detailed estimates using RSMeans data for infrastructure and building expansion projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budgetary funds are appropriate.
• Perform facilities site and area evaluations to ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Provide cost estimates with engineering for large infrastructure project evaluations.
