Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combinations of experience or training acceptable.
• Experience coordinating facilities projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small construction projects and tenant improvements.
• Collaborate with tenant user and ASU service groups and outside agencies.
• Develop scope of work and manage projects.
• Provide cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate and schedule contractors and approvals.
• Attend pre-construction conferences and review contracts.
