Job summary

You will balance hands-on troubleshooting with strategic planning, oversee safety, reliability, and compliance, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams to deliver on-time, within-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Plastics Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years of Project Engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of plant utility and support systems (boilers, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, electrical distribution)
• OSHA requirements, MOC processes and applicable building codes; good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Capital & Facility Projects from concept through completion
• Drive plant infrastructure & reliability improvements for utilities and facility systems
• Provide electrical/technical leadership for systems up to 12kV
• Ensure safety compliance and manage MOC and audits
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering and external contractors
• Support plant shutdowns and capital planning
