Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Plastics).
• 5–7 years of project engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong ability to manage initiatives from concept through execution.
• Knowledge of plant utility and support systems including boilers, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, and electrical distribution.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements, MOC processes, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capital & Facility Projects from concept through completion.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX projects; develop scopes, estimates, and payback analyses.
• Lead MOC activities and prepare CERs; manage contractors and vendors.
• Provide safety oversight and manage invoice approvals; balance multiple projects and priorities.
• Support plant shutdowns and coordinate activities across internal teams and external resources.
• Mentor maintenance staff and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations.
