Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5–8 years of project/process engineering experience.
• 1–3 years supervising a team.
• Proven Six Sigma experience (DMAIC, DOE, SPC).
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong reading of blueprints and understanding of industrial equipment.
• Experience managing capital budgets and cost accounting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Lead and support Engineering Interns.

• Drive improvements in automation, controls, and MES.
• Apply Six Sigma (DMAIC/DOE/SPC/OEE) to manufacturing challenges.
• Lead capital planning and execution of the site's budget.
• Ensure visibility of capital scope, timelines, costs, and execution.
