Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of project engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Ability to lead projects from concept through execution and completion.
Strong knowledge of plant utility systems and electrical distribution.
Familiarity with OSHA requirements and MOC processes.

Responsibilities

Lead CAPEX/OPEX capital and facility projects from concept to completion.
Develop scopes, cost estimates, and payback analyses.
Oversee management of change (MOC) and CERs; manage contractors and vendors.
Provide technical leadership for electrical systems up to 12 kV and safety oversight.
Support plant shutdowns and coordinate with internal teams and service providers.
Drive reliability improvements for boilers, HVAC, water treatment, and distribution.
