Job summary

Garden Healthcare's Holland Center is hiring a Maintenance Tech on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring well-rounded maintenance experience across trades and strong safety awareness to support facility operations.

Responsibilities include assisting in policy development, coordinating with dietary, nursing and activities teams, and handling other duties as assigned to keep the center running smoothly.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience.
• Carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing skills.
• Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance staff in developing and implementing policies, procedures, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments (Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
