Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must read and interpret manuals, blueprints, diagrams and schedules.
• Must understand basic shop math (fractions, percentages, ratios).
• Must be able to write reports with proper format, punctuation and grammar.
• Intermediate computer knowledge; MS Office; email, word, spreadsheets; CMMS knowledge.
• Excellent customer relations skills with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the parts and supply department.
• Bids out, awards and oversees small, contracted maintenance projects.
• Maintains and updates parts inventory.
• Oversees vendors on repairs to ensure quality work.
• Oversees parking lot maintenance and repairs including asphalt and stripping.
• Schedules roof inspections and ensures repairs are completed.
• Communicates with Maintenance to ensure supplies and tools are ordered timely.
• Keeps storage and supply areas neat and organized.
