Job summary

H5 Data Centers is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee site operations, maintenance, and customer support for a data center campus. Responsibilities include supervising DCSTs and Building Engineers, managing environmental and power systems, and ensuring 100% data center availability.

The role involves budgeting, accounts payable oversight, and coordination with contractors, with on-call coverage around the clock.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a Data Center environment.
• 5 years' experience related to commercial facility and supporting system management.
• Experience with building automation systems, implementation, and management.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or professional certifications in related field(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% availability in Colocation data center within critical facility.
• Provide supervision to the Data Center Support Technicians, contractors and/or Building Engineers.
• Manage staff providing schedules, training, preparedness, and growth.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of all environmental and power systems for 100% data center availability.
• Provide 24x7x365 on call support for continuous operations.
• Manage contracts, procedures and service agreements for compliance.
